Martinfield Plantation Community is a Manufactured Home Community located 4 miles South of Historic Conway, South Carolina. It is a beautiful, tranquil place to live with an abundance of peace and quiet and wide open spaces. We are very convenient to Myrtle Beach (19 miles to the ocean). It feels like we are worlds away from all the hustle bustle yet a very short drive to all the shopping, dining and entertainment.

We have our own private 42 acre spring fed fishing lake. Living at Martinfield Plantation Community includes membership to the Lake. Big Cypress Lake has a few full hookup campsites and is a totally non commercial property. We are not tourist oriented and the property is maintained as natural as possible yet not in the woods. Big Cypress Lake has a walking and bicycle trail beside the Lake. The covered picnic area has an antique wood burning stove beside the water. We have a concrete boat ramp to launch your jon boat as well as 2 decks in the water to fish from or just relax and read a book. Some enjoy just relaxing in the sun and the birdwatching especially. The fishing is great for trophy size Large Mouth Bass, Bream and Crappie fishing.

At Martinfield Plantation we have wonderful Community Rules and Guidelines to protect the quiet enjoyment of living and the value of our Community.

Camping at Big Cypress Lake RV/Fishing Retreat or living at  Martinfield Plantation Community includes access to the walking, nature trail beside the lake to enjoy the cypress trees draped with spanish moss or a turtle sunning on a log. Maybe you will see the Great Blue Herons or the large white egrets that live here. The birdwatching is outstanding!

All camp sites are full hookup. Limited number of spaces available so Reservations are a must!
